GFCF....

Well, starting hopefully Friday we are going to start Trey on a GFCF diet. This means gluten-free/casein-free. And THAT means basically no wheat or dairy products...

I've been reading alot about how kids on the Autism Spectrum CAN respond very favorably to this diet. I shouldn't be TOO hard to give it a try, just some alterations here and there. So, if you are reading this and you have any advice - please feel free to share with me. :-) (I know that Rachel's house is GFCF, so hopefully she can help me out!)

You will find a ton of resources on my website in the link. We do a ton of GFCF product reviews, recipes, etc. Everything on the site is dairy-free, and you will note in the titles of each recipe and each product review that it states if it is also gluten-free. This way you don't have to open each one up and scan through! On last count we had about 400 GFCF recipes and 300 GFCF product reviews. Of course, lots of non-dairy info on the site too.

Yes, Rachel's blog is awesome too! Good luck!
