Why does my bank hate me?? Please, explain it to me...
When we were in Rio in December, Charles lost his credit card so we called and put a block on it. No problem. Then about 2.5 weeks ago I called to get another one sent to him (at a ridiculous fee of $7) and they said we'd get it in 7days. We still haven't gotten it. I called them today and they woman wouldn't check into it for me because it was in HIS name. I'm like, dude, I am the one who called you to get this card replaced in the first place. He's using MY card because we havne't gotten the new one yet and he can't call you, period. She didn't care in the least. She's all like, well, we sent on on 2/23. So?? I don't care if you sent me $2340 on 2/23 I haven't gotten it yet, and that's a problem! Basically I slammed the phone down after the upteen-hundredth time she told me she could only speak to him about this. *sigh* Everyone hates me.
