Well, the fence we bought last week was a PITA... so we bought a different one.

This was SO easily installed! When we were installing the old one, our neighbor told us that the one they have didn't have a wire. We were like huh?!?! We wished we would have known about this type before we put all that stupid wire in the ground outside. Oh well, it happens lol...
We weren't looking forward to training her and having her get shocked, but it actually went SO much better than we had expected! mThe first time she got shocked she thought we were trying to kill her. The second time she ran between our legs. The third time she got the hint - now she won't even hardly get CLOSE to the flags (or the stairway inside). This has been GREAT for her! She honestly "got it" after the first training session. AMAZING!! LOL She CAN be taught! :-) I am even more anxious to get her into doggie training now!!
