Bread

I finally made homemade bread again!! I ran out of flour at the last though and had to scavenge through the freezer for some oat flour I had in there and a little organic wheat germ. The rolls are out of the oven and they TASTE good, but as I've never actually made rolls before I didn't know how big to make them and they were a little small and overcooked a little. Not burnt, just crisper than I'd prefer. The loaf is baking now - smells yummy. The oat flour and wheat germ gave the dough a nutty wholegrain taste without the wholegrain heaviness. Can't wait to try the bread with dinner!!
