Mom's Doily - and next project!!

This is my mom's Christmas present (well, at least one of her presents - and don't worry, she know's already). She hasn't seen the final completely blocked, unpinned doily, though, so she will still be a little surprised hehe.
And this is my current project, for my aunt:
