Ok, so far I can tell you that the Shrimp Etouffee, 7 Layer Mexican Bean Dip, and the Fast Fish Sandwiches were all yummy!
The fish sandwich was pretty interesting. You take fried fish fillets and put them on a split hard chewy kaiser roll. Then you make up this dressing of mayo, coleslaw mix (cabbage and carrots), and lime juice with a little zest. You put that onto the fish, then put on a bit of salsa, and then sliced pitted kalamata olives and capers. Very unusual and yummy. Tasted to me like something you would find on the menu at Cheeseburger in Paradise. I liked it alot, but Charles wasn't thrilled. Sydney ate them w/o the slaw and Ally and Trey ate theirs as just fish hehehe!!
