Well... I wonder what this week will bring?? Ash is going to Lancaster Co., and the kids and I and Meggy Moo will be going to Sully to visit the fam. We MIGHT even get to sleep in the cabin!! I must say I'm pretty excited about that lol!! I just hope the kids don't get scared hahahaha.
There will be many pix, so stay tuned :)

No Warrant?? Who cares?!
I'm just amazed - how did this pass?!?!?!
Hell Yes They Will Search YOUR House!
Hell Yes They Will Search YOUR House!
When the Indiana Supreme Court authorized the police to enter any home they wanted, at any time they wanted without a warrant and told the citizens of Mitch Daniels state that they must submit, and not resist, the jaws of liberty loving Americans dropped simultaneously. Now the consequences have arrived.
CROWN POINT, Ind. – According to Newton County Sheriff, Don Hartman Sr., random house to house searches are now possible and could be helpful following the Barnes v. STATE of INDIANA Supreme Court ruling issued on May 12th, 2011. When asked three separate times due to the astounding callousness as it relates to trampling the inherent natural rights of Americans, he emphatically indicated that he would use random house to house checks, adding he felt people will welcome random searches if it means capturing a criminal. [Mike Church]
Oh, and by the way, the author of the opinion from the Indiana Supreme Court was justice Steven David who was appointed by Mitch Daniels. And HE wants to be president with the power to appoint members of the United States Supreme Court?
Hey Mitch, take a seat over there with Trump and Huckabee.

This week
I tell you what, this week has been CRAZY. Much of it is too personal to share on here, but wow, I'll be glad when this month is over... Hopefully June is better. If its worse, I may have to check myself into a loony bin. FOR REALZ... lol
We have spent the weekend watching movies, and that's been nice to take my mind off my own thoughts. I haven't been sleeping much, either, which isn't anything new, of course.
So - until tomorrow........ hopefully I'll have something more exciting to talk about then :)

So yesterday I posted my PLAN. Here is the result.
TRANS 1
Right Guard Body Wash BOGO
total out of pocket: $.31 Store was out of stock - will be going back for raincheck later this week.
TRANS 2
Reese Cup
ProGlide Razor Kit
total out of pocket: $1.62
(ACTUAL TOTAL $1.63, SAVINGS $13.71)
TRANS 3
Reese Cup
Puffs
Bic Soleil Razors
total out of pocket: $.00 (although if the Walgreen's RRs don't work for tax, I'll have to pay that)
(ACTUAL TOTAL $1.04, SAVINGS $10.51 - the reason for this is because my total was $5.52 and the RR I was going to use was for $5. The total must be OVER $5 in order for the RR to work, so I threw on 2 extra candy bars at $.49 each)

ALMOST ready for next trip to Walgreens!
Here's "THE PLAN" lol
They have to be purchased in this order due to the RRs that are earned, as you can't use them until your next "visit" (or transaction). Also, RRs are just cash back in a coupon like the CVS Extra Care Bucks. And NO, I'm not obsessed with Reese Cups lol...... You can only have one coupon/RR per item in your transaction at Walgreen's, so sometimes you need a cheap "filler" to make up for this - and candy bars happen to be on sale hahaha.

There are actually a few more that I'm working on... I'll keep you posted!!! I'm not sure I'm brave enough to go in and demand 8 separate transactions in one visit, so I might break this down into more than one trip during the week, but who knows... Maybe I'll be DARING!!!!!!! :)

Couponmania!
Wow, I can't believe its been a year since I posted!!!! How does that happen?!??!
Anyway, due to POPULAR DEMAND, my blog will be back!! I know you can hardly contain your excitement. I figured that most people just followed my incessant posting on Facebook and would be bored by my boring blogginess, but I guess I was wrong! So it might take me a while to get back into the swing of things, but that's the way it goes.

First order of business - COUPONS. The picture above is the start of my "stockpile". Its really small, but I've only been doing this a week, so that's not bad considering all these items were either free or very close to it. There is also a 6pk of Charmin and a jug of Tide that aren't shown in this picture. Also, there is one more razor, shaving cream, and household cleaner that aren't in the picture because they are being used. I'm going to post as I learn more and also about the great deals I find. For example, today...
I went to CVS and got 2 tubes of new foaming Colgate toothpaste, 2 Pantene shampoos, a jug of Tide (he), and a 6-ct of Charmin. I spent a grand total of $10.97 out of pocket!!!!
Its taken some planning, and yes, some time. I do have more time than a lot of people, and I realize this, but even if you don't have long, its worth it to clip some coupons or print some out!!
Some of my favorite sites are:
(These sites also have Facebook pages you can "like", and you can see the latest info in your feed)
Krazy Coupon Lady, (Facebook)
For the Mammas, (Facebook)
Mojo Savings, (Facebook)
Freebies 4 Mom, (Facebook)
Free-Snatcher, (Facebook)
Deal Seeking Mom, (Facebook)
So enjoy! (More to come...)

New hair color
I decided I wanted to dye my hair again. My goal eventually is to get something close to the color of Victoria's in Twilight: New Moon. I knew that I would have to bleach my hair before dying it red to have any hopes of the dye working. So I bought a box of bleach, left it on my hair for about an hour and was amazed how the black didn't come out hardly at all. HOWEVER, the effect it made was pretty awesome so I am not going to go fit the red for a while.
And yeah yeah I know I should have smiled. Haha

Lonely me
Charles is leaving for Troy today for a couple of days, then home for a week, then he's going to Africa for a week. Poor lonely me. :(
So right now I have decided to curl up in my warm bed and read a book to escape reality for a while lol. I'm reading "Angry Housewives Eating Bon Bons". I've been reading alot more recently and I'm going to try to keep a list going on here (or another blog) of the books and my opinions.

So THIS is what happens when you put toast in the toaster and don't pay attention to the fact that a cookie sheet has fallen on top of the release lever. The lever doesn't release your toast which in turn continues to cook and cook until it is reduced to ash. The cookie sheet gets hot and melts the toaster. Also, your house becomes filled with thick gray smoke and your children can't breathe for about 10 minutes. And 12 hrs later your house still reeks.
Moral of the story: pay attention lol

Testing new app!
So I've downloaded an app from iTunes that allows me to update my blog from my iPhone. That's pretty nifty. Maybe it will help me keep this more up to date now. We shall see. :)
